Commitment Guarantee
We believe we should earn your business every month. Our management agreement is month-to-month with no long-term commitment and no cancellation fees. If you’re not completely satisfied with our property management service, you can cancel at any time.
Tenant Placement Guarantee
We stand behind our tenant screening and placement process. If a tenant we place breaks their lease or is evicted within the first 12 months of tenancy, we will find and place a replacement tenant for you with no additional leasing fee.
Management Fee Guarantee
We only get paid when you get paid. If your property is vacant or rent is not collected from the tenant, you will not be charged a monthly management fee. Our management fees are tied directly to rent collection and your success.
Pet Damage Guarantee
Pet-friendly listings attract more qualified renters while we help reduce your risk. If you approve pets and pet-related damage exceeds the tenant’s security deposit, we will reimburse you up to $1,000 for pet damage. Restrictions Apply*
Eviction Guarantee
Our tenant screening is so strong that if an eviction occurs, we will personally pay up to $1,000 in eviction legal fees. Restrictions Apply*
