Accepting an Offer

We Put Our Clients First When Evaluating Each Offer.

The Price Is Not Always Right

The highest offer isn’t always the best. Terms, contingencies, financing strength, and timelines all affect whether an offer will close. We evaluate each proposal to help you accept the offer that best protects your interests.

Negotiating To Win

We negotiate ethically and strategically, keeping your objectives front and center while maintaining buyer engagement.

The Initial Agreement and Deposit

Once terms are agreed, both parties sign a Purchase Agreement and the buyer deposits earnest money into escrow. The escrow agent (title company or attorney) holds funds and coordinates disbursements at closing. Keep written records of all counter-offers, addenda, and verbal agreements—signed documents protect both parties. We’ll draft and organize these records and keep you on schedule to meet contract deadlines.
