Close of Escrow
Closing Day
Close-of-escrow is the final step. We’ll confirm all items are in order and coordinate with the buyer and closing agent for a smooth settlement.
Final Walk-Through Inspection
The buyer will perform a final walk-through to ensure the property’s condition matches the Purchase Agreement and that no items were left behind.
Cancel Home Services and Utilities
After closing, we’ll provide a checklist of local service contacts to help you cancel utilities and home services.
Be Prepared
Unexpected issues can arise late in escrow. We’ve handled common glitches—loan delays, last-minute repairs—and will guide you to timely resolutions.
Closing
At settlement, the buyer, seller, and closing agent sign the final documents and funds are distributed. If you cannot attend, arrangements can be made. Provide keys and any pertinent property information at closing. Once signed, the sale is complete.
When you are ready to get started, call us at 360.427.1339 or complete this short form and one of our agents will be in touch.
